Shipping
Your product will be processed and ready to ship within 5-10 business days. Estimated shipping time is around 2-3 weeks for Canadian/US orders and 4-6 weeks for International orders.
If you are shipping to a destination outside of Canada, you (the buyer), are responsible for paying any taxes/custom fees/duties upon receiving the items bought. These extra charges are not included in our price. Exception: US mandated tariffs are included in our shipping prices.

If your shipment is lost or damaged during shipping, please let us know, and we will resend your order free of charge ONCE. If it happens again, you will have to repurchase the entire order at the price it currently is at the time of repurchase, not the time of the original order.
